目的：观察退黄清淤汤治疗淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例淤胆型肝炎患者随机分为两组，均予以门冬氨酸钾镁、维生素K1、异甘草酸镁、还原型谷胱甘肽静脉滴注。治疗组加用退黄清淤汤治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组和对照组愈显率分别为92.0%、52.5%。结论：退黄清淤汤治疗淤胆型肝炎疗效显著优于对照组。
목적：관찰퇴황청어탕치료어담형간염적림상료효。방법：장90례어담형간염환자수궤분위량조，균여이문동안산갑미、유생소K1、이감초산미、환원형곡광감태정맥적주。치료조가용퇴황청어탕치료，관찰량조치료효과。결과：치료조화대조조유현솔분별위92.0%、52.5%。결론：퇴황청어탕치료어담형간염료효현저우우대조조。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Tuihuang Qingyu decoction on cholestatic hepatitis. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given potassium magnesium aspartate, vitamin K1 magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and glutathione intravenous infusion; another was given the Tuihuang Qingyu decoction more. Clinical efficacy in two groups was recorded. Results: The efficacy in the treatment was 92.0%, another was 52.2%. Conclusion: The Tuihuang Qingyu decoction shows obvious effects on cholestatic hepatitis.
