应用结构加固技术能够有效提高建筑物的整体质量，充分发挥建筑物的使用功能。文章重点介绍了直接加固与混凝土结构综合使用这两大类加固方式，提出了在建筑物加固过程中应遵循的具体原则，即：先检测后加固及与原有材料保持一致原则。

The application of structural strengthening technol- ogy can effectively improve the overal quality of the building and give ful play to the building function. This paper mainly introduces the two categories of reinforcement of direct reinf- orcement and the use of concrete structure, proposing the sp- ecific principles which should be folowed in the course of bu- ilding reinforcement, that is to detect firstly, and then to rei- nforce and to be consistent with the original material.
