多系统萎缩（MSA）是一组累及锥体系、锥体外系、自主神经系统和小脑等部位的神经系统变性疾病。病因不明，隐匿起病，80%的患者在出现运动症状后5年内瘫痪，疾病晚期各种并发症层出不穷，多危及生命，现代医学尚无特效疗法。自清代伤寒大家、火神派创始人郑钦安提出“扶阳学说”以来，运用扶阳抑阴理论论治本病，疗效独特。本文从实际出发，提出补肾归元法论治MSA，以期为中医药治疗本病提供新的思路。

MSA was a kind of degenerative diseases of the central nervous system, could implicate pyramidal system, autonomic nervous system and epencephala and so on. The cause is unknown. Onset was unclear. 80% patients have been paralyzed after appearing motor symptoms in 5 years. In advanced state of disease, complications appeared and caused death. Modern medicine has no specific therapy.Fuyang theorywas created by ZHENG An-qin in Qing Dynasty. Fuyang Yiyin theory was applied to treat the disease with specific efficacy. Bushen Guiyuan therapy was applied to treat the disease in the paper from a new view.
