根据近几年来的工作实践，结合目前工程招标投标现状，顺德区创新采用信用优先随机定标办法，进一步规范了招投标市场秩序，从源头防治了腐败，有效遏制了围标串标、明招暗定等违法违规行为，确保了招投标工作的公开、公平、公正和诚信高效。

According to the practice in recent years, combined with the current situation of project bidding, Shunde district adopted credit priority random calibration method, further sta- ndardizing the order of bidding market to prevent corruption from the source and effectively avoiding ilegal acts such as to- gether-conspired bidding and coluding in bidding, to ensure that the bidding is open, fair, just and efficient.
