本文探讨了如何利用数字化自动控制技术对模拟反应堆保护系统组件进行测试。在对原测试方法研究分析的基础上，提出了引入数字化自动控制技术进行模拟组件测试的方案。采用DCS技术，辅以总线通讯、软件等技术，开发专门的测试装置。使用新测试装置代替人工手动方法进行组件测试，将大大提高测试效率、提升测试结果的准确性，降低了测试工作负荷，进而保证测试进度和组件质量满足项目要求。

This article explores how to test analogue RPS components using digital control technology.It is ur-gent and necessary to improve the test method under the general environment that human cost is growing and there is a heavy pressure for project construction schedule.The test equipment utilizes DCS technology, bus communication and software technology.Based on the study of test method used before, this article promotes that the digital control technology should be adopt in analogue RPS components testing instead of testing by hand.Using the new method, the testing efficiency and accuracy could be improved highly, the testing work-load could be reduced greatly, and the goal can be achieved that the testing schedule and quality of components passing the testing meet the requirements.
