以镇江船厂的全回转港作拖船为研究对象,以传热学理论为基础,对船舶主机冷却系统的传热机理进行分析,分步建立了主机冷却水系统中各部件的热力数学模型。在Matlab/Simulink下建立整个冷却水系统的数学模型,将实船参数代入进行实时动态仿真,得出主机淡水温度的动态响应曲线,与实际结果相符,确定了模型的正确性。同时在系统中加入了PID调节的温度控制三通器,实现了主机温度控制系统的无偏差调节。利用LabVIEW SQL Toolkit的数据通信,将Simulink中的仿真结果在仪表盘上实时显示,建立了一套基于SQL数据库的船舶主机冷却水监控报警系统。
以鎮江船廠的全迴轉港作拖船為研究對象,以傳熱學理論為基礎,對船舶主機冷卻繫統的傳熱機理進行分析,分步建立瞭主機冷卻水繫統中各部件的熱力數學模型。在Matlab/Simulink下建立整箇冷卻水繫統的數學模型,將實船參數代入進行實時動態倣真,得齣主機淡水溫度的動態響應麯線,與實際結果相符,確定瞭模型的正確性。同時在繫統中加入瞭PID調節的溫度控製三通器,實現瞭主機溫度控製繫統的無偏差調節。利用LabVIEW SQL Toolkit的數據通信,將Simulink中的倣真結果在儀錶盤上實時顯示,建立瞭一套基于SQL數據庫的船舶主機冷卻水鑑控報警繫統。

Taking the harbor tug manufactured by Zhenjiang shipyard as the research object, on the basis of heat transfer theory, a dynamic thermodynamic mathematic model has been established by analyzing the heat transfer mechanism in the cooling water system for main marine diesel engine.A mathematical model for cooling water system is established on the basis of related parameters from real ships in the Matlab/Simulink.The temperature curve of the fresh water of main engine is obtained, which is very close to the actual results and indicates the cor-rectness of the model.In the system, a PID regulator is inserted to control the temperature control valve, which implements the temperature adjustment without deviation.The result of simulation is displayed on the dashboard by using the communications Toolkit of LabVIEW SQL data, and a monitoring alarm system is developed.
