创新能力是衡量卓越工程师培养是否成功的重要指标之一。如何加强机械工程类专业学生创新能力培养，已成为能否更好地为行业培养应用型创新人才的关键。文章以山东建筑大学机械工程类专业卓越工程师培养为例，分析了卓越工程师创新能力培养所存在的问题，提出了卓越工程师创新能力培养的改革措施，阐述了针对有专业特点的卓越工程师创新能力培养的成效，总结了卓越工程师创新能力培养过程的质量保障途径；建立了一整套有针对性的培养方案和实施体系，为其他专业培养创新型卓越工程师提供参考。

Innovation ability is an important indicator to measure the success of training outstanding engineer,so how to improve the innovation ability of mechanical engineering students has become the key to train high-level application-oriented and compound specialized personnel.By taking the training of outstanding engineers of mechanical engineering specialty of Shandong Jianzhu University, the paper analyzes the existing problems of innovation ability training of outstanding engineers,puts forward the reform measures,expounds the results of outstanding engineers innovation ability training according to the professional characteristics,summarizes the quality assurance ways,and sets up a set of targeted training programs and the implementation system,which provides a reference for other professionals to cultivate excellence innovation engineers.
