目的：观察急性脑梗死（ acute cerebral infarction，ACI）患者血小板聚集性及血小板活化指标P选择素、膜GPⅡb/Ⅲa的变化，探讨活化血小板在ACI发病中的作用。方法选取75例急性脑梗死患者作为ACI组，选取78例健康体检者作为正常对照组。利用血小板聚集测试仪、流式细胞仪，检测两组对象血小板聚集率及血小板表面表达的P选择素、膜GPⅡb/Ⅲa等活化指标含量。结果与正常对照组比较，ACI患者组的血小板聚集率明显升高（ p<0.05），血小板表面表达的P选择素、膜GPⅡb/Ⅲa明显升高（p<0.05）。结论 ACI患者血小板活化水平明显升高，聚集功能明显增强，患者处于高凝状态，是导致ACI发生的重要原因之一。
목적：관찰급성뇌경사（ acute cerebral infarction，ACI）환자혈소판취집성급혈소판활화지표P선택소、막GPⅡb/Ⅲa적변화，탐토활화혈소판재ACI발병중적작용。방법선취75례급성뇌경사환자작위ACI조，선취78례건강체검자작위정상대조조。이용혈소판취집측시의、류식세포의，검측량조대상혈소판취집솔급혈소판표면표체적P선택소、막GPⅡb/Ⅲa등활화지표함량。결과여정상대조조비교，ACI환자조적혈소판취집솔명현승고（ p<0.05），혈소판표면표체적P선택소、막GPⅡb/Ⅲa명현승고（p<0.05）。결론 ACI환자혈소판활화수평명현승고，취집공능명현증강，환자처우고응상태，시도치ACI발생적중요원인지일。
Objective To observe the changes of platelet aggregation and platelet activation markers P selectin and membrane GPⅡb/Ⅲa in patients with acute cerebral infarction( ACI)and study the role of platelet activation in the pathogenesis of ACI. Methods Patients with ACI were selected to constitute an ACI group(n=75)and healthy subjects were selected to constitute a control group(n=78). Aggregation tester and flow cytometry were used to check the platelet aggregation and contents of activation markers expressed on platelet surface,including P selectin and membrane GPⅡb/Ⅲa. Resuits Compared with the control group,the platelet aggregation of the patients in the ACI group increased significantly(p<0. 05),and P selectin and membrane GPⅡb/Ⅲa expressed on platelet surface increased significantly(p<0. 05). Conciusion It is one of the important reasons to cause the incidence of ACI that the level of platelet activation in patients with ACI becomes significantly higher,the aggregation function is enhanced obviously,or the patients are in hypercoagulable state.
