为克服现有单气敏传感器测量系统非自动识别气体种类和浓度的缺陷,采用一种基于以太网传输协议的32通道石英晶体微天平( QCM)测量系统。该系统由QCM气敏传感器阵列起振模块和高精度频率计数卡组成。起振模块产生32路石英晶体频率信号;高精度频率计数卡通过FPGA内部计数器直接采样频率信号,通过以太网高速传输到上位机进行数据存储、数据处理及信号波形显示。测试结果表明:系统可以实现实时、多通道、高速、高精度采集和发送数据。

A quartz crystal microbalance( QCM) measurement system is designed based on 32 channels of ethernet transmis-sion protocol,in order to overcome the defects of existing single gas sensor measuring systems which cannot automatically identify the gas type and concentration.The system consisted of an array of QCM gas sensor start-up module and high-precision frequency counter card.The start-up module produced 32 quartz crystal frequency signals;Precision frequency counter card directly collected the frequency of the signal by FPGA internal counter via the ethernet speed transmission to the host computer for data storage,data processing and signal waveform display.The test results show that the system can achieve real-time,multi-channel,high-speed and-precision of data acquisition and sending.
