通过检测先心病肺动脉高压患者血清半乳糖凝集素-3水平,探讨其在先心病合肺动脉高压中的意义。收集2013年4月至2014年6月收治并被确诊为先心病的患者63例,其中肺动脉压力正常者(B组)21例;轻中度P H (C组)20例;重度P H (D组)22例,另收集健康正常对照组20例(A组)。应用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清半乳糖凝集素-3水平。结果:1.D组半乳糖凝集素-3水平较A组、B组、C组明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05),A组、B组、C组半乳糖凝集素-3水平两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。2.直线相关分析显示:血清半乳糖凝集素3水平与NT‐proBN P水平、血尿酸水平、肺动脉平均压、全肺阻力成正相关关系。结论:先心病患者随着肺动脉压力的逐渐升高,半乳糖凝集素‐3水平逐渐升高。

To detect the levels of serum galectins - 3 in patients of congenital heart disease with pulmonary artery hypertension and investigate the clinical implication of them in congenital heart disease with pulmonary artery hypertension .We collected 63 patients with CHD .The patients with CHD were divided into 21 cases of non‐pulmonary artery pressure (Group B ) ,20 cases of mild‐to‐moderate pulmonary artery pressure (Group C ) and 22 cases of severe pulmonary artery pressure (Group D) .In addition ,we collected 20 cases of normal people as control group (Group A) . The level of serum galectins‐3 was detected by enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA ) .Results :1 .Compared to Group A ,Group B and Group C ,the level of serum galectins‐3 in Group D was obvious higher ,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0 .05) .In Group A ,Group B and Group C ,the levels of serum galectins‐3 showed no significantly differences between two of them (all P>0 .05) .2 .Linear rank correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations between level of serum galectins‐3 and level of serum NT‐proBNP ,level of serum blood uric acid , mean PAP ,total pulmonary resistance .Conclusions :The levels of serum galectins‐3 and NT‐proBNP increased with increase of the pulmonary artery pressure in CHD patients .
