通过对比吲哚菁绿(ICG)与亚甲蓝两种染色剂在前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)中的应用,来证实ICG荧光示踪法在SL‐NB中的优势。选取我院从2010年到2012年68位行SLNB的乳腺癌患者,随机分成两组,一组采用ICG荧光导航SL‐NB ,共36例,另一组采用亚甲蓝染料法SLNB ,共32例,SLNB结束后行腋窝淋巴结清扫(ALND),计算两组的前哨淋巴结(SLN)检出成功率,敏感度、假阴性率。结果显示,前者的SLN检出成功率高于后者(97.2% vs .81.3%,P<0.05),二者的敏感度、假阴性率大致相似(敏感度94.7% vs .93.3%,假阴性率5.3% vs .6.6%)。因此,ICG荧光导航在SLNB中成功率高于亚甲蓝染色法。

Compare the usefulness of ICG against the current using method , namely the blue dye tracer , to determine whether this can overcome the shortcoming of the blue dye method in breast cancer SLNB .From 2010 to 2012 ,68 consecutive patients were diagnosed with breast cancer underwent SLNB in our hospital .Patients were randomized to either ICG fluorescence or blue dye group for SLNB .All women had a level Ⅰ and Ⅱ axillary dissection after the SLNB . ICG fluorescence was used in 36 women and 32 had blue dye .Baseline demographic data were similar in the two cohorts . The detection rate of SLNB with ICG fluorescence was higher than with blue dye (97 .2% vs .81 .3% , P<0 .05) .The sensitivity ,false‐negative rate and means number of excised SLNs were similar (sensitivity 94 .7% for ICG fluorescence vs .93 .3% for blue dye ;false‐negative rate 5 .3% vs .6 .6% ) .ICG fluorescence was superior to blue dye in identification of the SLN ,but the sensitivity ,false‐negative rate and means number of excised SLNs were similar .
