本文从计划、实施、检查改进方面阐述了临床路径信息化建设过程中的问题及应对措施，对如何构建一个符合医院现状，将医院管理与临床一线工作有机结合的临床路径信息化平台做了有益的探索和实践，以期对目前许多医院的临床路径建设工作有一定的帮助。

This study introduces the problems and related solutions during information construction of the clinical pathway from the perspectives of project planning, implementation and evaluation. And it also makes useful explorations and practices in establishment of an clinical pathway information platform that the combined with the current situation in the hospital and combines the hospital management with clinical work, so as to promote the information construction of the clinical pathway in hospitals.
