本文从信息化角度研究了影响供应商信誉的的因素，确定了系统的数据架构，在Microsoft Visual Studio 2008环境下利用C#语言开发医院供应商信息管理系统，基于ORACLE 10.g数据库对系统所需数据进行相应的操作。系统的使用，实现了对供应商信息动态管控，规范了管理供应商和医疗器械证件，确保了医疗安全，促进了医院医疗器械管理的信息化建设。

This paper researched the factors that affected the suppliers’ reputation from the perspectives of informatization and determined the data structure of the supplier information management system. Then, the system was developed with the C# language in the environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. Additionally, the data required by the system were processed on the basis of ORACLE 10.g database. The system made it possible to dynamically control and standardizedly manage the information and certiifcates of suppliers and medical equipment, which ensured the medical safety and improved the informatization construction of the medical equipment management in the hospital.
