以银边常春藤为试验材料,采用盆栽控水法研究了干旱胁迫及旱后复水对其扦插苗生长及生理指标的影响。结果显示:与对照相比,随着干旱胁迫的加重,银边常春藤最长主茎增长率和叶片数增加率呈下降趋势,质膜相对透性和脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,叶绿素含量和根系活力除重度胁迫与对照相比显著增加外,其他处理无差异;复水后叶绿素含量变化不大,质膜相对透性以及脯氨酸含量下降至正常水平,根系活力提高。因此,随着干旱胁迫加重,对银边常春藤的抑制作用加重,重度胁迫还使其观赏效果受到影响。复水后,各处理的银边常春藤生长均恢复,即重度胁迫对其生长和观赏效果有影响,但对其生存未造成威胁。

In order to explore the effect of drought and rewatering on growth and drought resistance of silver edge ivy, the changes of growth and some physiological indexes were studied.The results showed:comparing with the control, the growth rate of the longest caulis and increment rate of leaf in each treatment decreased in varying degrees, the relative plasma membrane permeability and proline content increased in varying degrees.The chlorophyll content and root activity under the severe stress significantly increased compared with the control, but there was no difference in chlorophyll content and root activity among other treatments.After rewatering, chlorophyll content, the relative plas-ma membrane permeability and proline content of the treatments were decreased to the normal level, but root activity was higher than the control.The results indicated that the survival of silver edge ivy was not threatened under drought stress condition in this experiment.
