本文基于对山东唐口矿井原冬季供暖系统、夏季降温系统及矿井排水、洗浴排水与乏风排放的研究,结合该矿实际,提出了高温矿井各类低品位热能的集成利用技术和系统。提出利用热泵技术,冬季可实现对矿井排水、洗浴废水、乏风排放所含低品位热能的回收利用,夏季可实现对降温设备冷凝热的回收;利用太阳能集热器,全年可实现对太阳能的热利用;同时该系统可实现对矿井排水的净化回用及乏风的喷淋净化,满足矿井常年洗浴用热及夏季降温、冬季地面供暖及井口房风流加热的要求;实现各类低品位热能的集成利用和矿区污水及矿尘的低排放,可取代传统的地面锅炉供热,降低常规能源消耗和矿井用水抽采量。

Bases on the analysis of the original heating ,refrigerating ,mine draining ,bath draining and air exhausting system ,and combines with the actual conditions of Tangkou Coalmine in Shandong Province . Presents a set of comprehensive and integrated utilization scheme for all the different kinds of low quality heat energy .With heat pumps ,realizes the recycle of the low quality heat energy from the drainage ,bathing water and the exhausting air in winter ;and the condensing heat of the refrigerating system in summer .With solar collectors ,realizes the thermal utilization of the solar for whole year .Achieves the mine drainage and bathing water purification and reusing ,and the exhaust air purification by water spraying .Satisfies the demands of the coalmine for bathing heat whole year ,refrigerating in summer ,heating for the ground house and shaft house in winter ;achieves the integrated utilization of different kinds of low quality heat energy and low emission of the drainage and dust ,and can replace the traditional boiler heating system .Reduces conventional energy consumption and the amount of mine water drainage .
