中新广州知识城采用了先进的城镇化模式与本土岭南文化元素相结合的方式进行建设，展现岭南传统文化，形成知识型新城。以此为例研究具有岭南文化特色的建筑、街区、园林建设，展现中新广州知识城的岭南传统文化，打造岭南特征鲜明的知识型新城。

The constructions of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City employ advanced urbanization pattern and the native way of combining elements of Lingnan Culture, show traditional Lingnan Culture, form a new knowledge city. Taking Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City for example, this paper studys its architectures,blocks and gardens which showing the Lingnan traditional cultural, forming a knowledge city with distinctive features.
