目的:为寻找抗动脉粥样硬化药物,合成香豆素-3-羧酸烟醇酯。方法:以水杨醛、丙二酸二乙酯为原料,合成得到香豆素-3-羧酸,再在脱水剂作用下与烟醇缩合,得到目标化合物香豆素-3-羧酸烟醇酯。结果与结论:设计合成了香豆素-3-羧酸烟醇酯,目标物的化学结构经IR、MS、1H-NMR等确证。
目的:為尋找抗動脈粥樣硬化藥物,閤成香豆素-3-羧痠煙醇酯。方法:以水楊醛、丙二痠二乙酯為原料,閤成得到香豆素-3-羧痠,再在脫水劑作用下與煙醇縮閤,得到目標化閤物香豆素-3-羧痠煙醇酯。結果與結論:設計閤成瞭香豆素-3-羧痠煙醇酯,目標物的化學結構經IR、MS、1H-NMR等確證。
목적:위심조항동맥죽양경화약물,합성향두소-3-최산연순지。방법:이수양철、병이산이을지위원료,합성득도향두소-3-최산,재재탈수제작용하여연순축합,득도목표화합물향두소-3-최산연순지。결과여결론:설계합성료향두소-3-최산연순지,목표물적화학결구경IR、MS、1H-NMR등학증。
Objective:To search for effective antiatherogenic agent,Nicomethanol coumarin-3-carboxylate was synthesized. Methods: Salicylide reacted with diethyl malonate under piperidine catalysis,then coumarin-3-carboxylic acid was gained through hydrolysis and acidification. The target compound was obtained by coupling coumarin-3-carboxylic acid with nicotinyl alcohol in the presence of dehydration agents. Results and Conclusion:Nicomethanol coumarin-3-carboxylate was synthesized. The chemical structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR,MS,and 1H-NMR spectra.
