目的：对比研究高压水汽枪与吊桶传统冲洗在张口受限患者中的口腔清洁度与舒适度的差异。方法：对100例张口受限患者使用高压水汽枪与吊桶冲洗进行分组治疗，治疗分组采用随机、单盲法的进行对照试验。结果：汽水枪冲洗对于整个口腔清洁度、舒适度效果优于吊桶冲洗(＜0.05)。结论：高压水汽枪冲洗提高口腔清洁度、舒适度显著，今后应推广指导这一方法的实施。
목적：대비연구고압수기창여조통전통충세재장구수한환자중적구강청길도여서괄도적차이。방법：대100례장구수한환자사용고압수기창여조통충세진행분조치료，치료분조채용수궤、단맹법적진행대조시험。결과：기수창충세대우정개구강청길도、서괄도효과우우조통충세(＜0.05)。결론：고압수기창충세제고구강청길도、서괄도현저，금후응추엄지도저일방법적실시。
Objective To study on oral cleanliness and comfort in patients with limited opening mouth after flushing with high pressure water air pistol or medical bucket. Methods 100 patients with mouth limited opening using high pressure water air pistol and bucket flushing was divided into group therapy, treatment group carried out contrast experiment by random and single blind. Results The effect of oral cleanliness and comfort of high pressure water air pistol group was better than bucket flushing group ( P<0.05). Conclusion Using high pressure water air pistol flushing significantly improve oral cleanliness and comfort,so that to guide and promote this method in the future.
