目的：探讨如何减少Medpor支架在全耳再造术应用中支架外露的发生。方法：手术分两步进行，第一步用100ml肾形扩张器行耳后乳突区皮肤软组织扩张；第二步取出扩张器，通过精细手术操作，置入Medpor耳支架，行全耳再造。结果：对21例小耳畸形行全耳再造，术后随访1～6年，效果满意，未出现支架外露等并发症。结论：通过各步骤的无张力原则和手术细致操作，可以将Medpor支架外露并发症减少到最小。
목적：탐토여하감소Medpor지가재전이재조술응용중지가외로적발생。방법：수술분량보진행，제일보용100ml신형확장기행이후유돌구피부연조직확장；제이보취출확장기，통과정세수술조작，치입Medpor이지가，행전이재조。결과：대21례소이기형행전이재조，술후수방1～6년，효과만의，미출현지가외로등병발증。결론：통과각보취적무장력원칙화수술세치조작，가이장Medpor지가외로병발증감소도최소。
Objective To explore the ways to reduce the Medpor framework exposure in auricle reconstruction. Methods Operation is divided into two Phases ,The fist stage of mastoid area skin was expanded by using 100ml kidney- shaped expander.The second removal expander,Medpor framework stent,reconstruction of auricle under delicate operations. Results 21 ears were constructed , which were followed up 1 to 6 years.The shape of the ears was satisfactory,with no complications including framework exposure. Conclusion The tension- free principle and some details of operations can reduce the Medpor exposure to be a minimum in auricle reconstruction.
