阐述了SCR系统的工作原理及其组成,对尿素泵根据指令喷射出的尿素水溶液进行测量,并将实际喷射量与预期喷射量进行对比,计算相对误差,验证尿素泵的控制精度。试验结果表明,利用开环控制策略下的尿素泵能达到SCR系统工作要求。
闡述瞭SCR繫統的工作原理及其組成,對尿素泵根據指令噴射齣的尿素水溶液進行測量,併將實際噴射量與預期噴射量進行對比,計算相對誤差,驗證尿素泵的控製精度。試驗結果錶明,利用開環控製策略下的尿素泵能達到SCR繫統工作要求。
천술료SCR계통적공작원리급기조성,대뇨소빙근거지령분사출적뇨소수용액진행측량,병장실제분사량여예기분사량진행대비,계산상대오차,험증뇨소빙적공제정도。시험결과표명,이용개배공제책략하적뇨소빙능체도SCR계통공작요구。
The principle of SCR system and its components were firstly introduced in this paper.Secondly, corresponding aqueous urea solutions were measured jetted from urea pump based on instruction,and it calculated the relative error by the comparison between actual emitted dose and expected emitted dose, which tested the control precision of urea pump.The result of test showed that the SCR system can meet the demands of working by the strategy of open-loop control.
