目的：探讨一种较好的小阴唇肥大整形术及其临床应用效果。方法：于小阴唇中部设计一楔形切口线，全层切除设计线内小阴唇组织后分层缝合切口。结果：本组患者20例，17例术后切口I期愈合，无并发症；3例单侧切口愈合不良，经换药治疗后伤口愈合；术后3～6月随访，所有患者小阴唇双侧对称性良好，大小适中，切口瘢痕不明显，医患双方对治疗效果满意。结论：该术式操作简便,效果确切,保留了小阴唇的正常生理功能与外观形态，切口隐蔽，瘢痕不明显，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토일충교호적소음진비대정형술급기림상응용효과。방법：우소음진중부설계일설형절구선，전층절제설계선내소음진조직후분층봉합절구。결과：본조환자20례，17례술후절구I기유합，무병발증；3례단측절구유합불량，경환약치료후상구유합；술후3～6월수방，소유환자소음진쌍측대칭성량호，대소괄중，절구반흔불명현，의환쌍방대치료효과만의。결론：해술식조작간편,효과학절,보류료소음진적정상생리공능여외관형태，절구은폐，반흔불명현，치득림상추엄。
Objective To study a better surgical treatment and the clinical application of hypertrophic labia minora. Methods A cuneiform section was designed on the central part of the labia minora. Complete transection of the cuneiform labia minora then the remaining tissues were sutured. Results 20 cases in this group,17 cases were cured primarily without abnormal sensation.3 cases were poor healing, the incision healed after dressing change.The postoperative follow- up of 3 to 6 months revealed that the appearance of bilateral labia minora were good and the scars were not obvious.Both of the patients and doctors were satisfied with the treatment. Conclusion The technique is simple, straightforward and effective,without morphologic alteration or functional change of the labia minora. This method is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
