目的：探讨牙列大部分缺损的无卡环义齿修复效果。方法：选择缺失牙较多的牙列缺损患者43例，制作无卡环义齿（根据患者的情况选择做不同材料金属支架），分别于修复后1～3年内复诊，观察义齿固位、美观、咀嚼功能等，评价义齿修复效果。结果：5例患者义齿断裂，总失败率为11.6%，其余良好。结论：选择适应证，牙列大部分缺损患者采用无卡环义齿修复可达到满意的效果。
목적：탐토아렬대부분결손적무잡배의치수복효과。방법：선택결실아교다적아렬결손환자43례，제작무잡배의치（근거환자적정황선택주불동재료금속지가），분별우수복후1～3년내복진，관찰의치고위、미관、저작공능등，평개의치수복효과。결과：5례환자의치단렬，총실패솔위11.6%，기여량호。결론：선택괄응증，아렬대부분결손환자채용무잡배의치수복가체도만의적효과。
Objective To evaluate the result of retainerless denture restoration for major defect of dentition. Methods Retainerless dentures were made for 43 patients with major defects of dentition (different metal materials of skeleton were chosen according to patient conditions). The patients were checked after one year to three years to evaluate their restoration effects, such as stability,appearance, function, and etc. Results Except five patients with broken denture, the dentures of the rest patients were still in good conditions. The failure rate of the restoration was 11.6. Conclusion Retainerless denture restoration can achieve satisfactory results for major defects of dentition.
