目的：总结LED红蓝光联合创福康胶原贴治疗面部痤疮的护理体会。方法：将入院治疗的300例痤疮患者随机分为两组。两组患者均使用LED红蓝光联合创福康胶原贴治疗，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，观察治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为90.7%，对照组总有效率为58.0%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（＜0.05）。两组患者在满意度、住院天数、住院费用及不良反应发生率方面比较，差异均具有统计学意义（＜0.05）。结论：采用LED红蓝光联合创福康胶原贴同时配合优质护理，可有效治疗面部痤疮。
목적：총결LED홍람광연합창복강효원첩치료면부좌창적호리체회。방법：장입원치료적300례좌창환자수궤분위량조。량조환자균사용LED홍람광연합창복강효원첩치료，대조조채취상규호리，관찰조채용우질호리，관찰치료효과。결과：관찰조총유효솔위90.7%，대조조총유효솔위58.0%，량조대비차이유통계학의의（＜0.05）。량조환자재만의도、주원천수、주원비용급불량반응발생솔방면비교，차이균구유통계학의의（＜0.05）。결론：채용LED홍람광연합창복강효원첩동시배합우질호리，가유효치료면부좌창。
Objective To summary experience of nursing care with LED combination a Fukang collagen dressing in the treatment of facial acne. Methods Randomly selected 300 cases of patients with acne and randomly divided into two groups.Two groups of patients were given Fukang collagen plaster therapy with LED,the control group received routine nursing care,the study group received good nursing care.Observed curative effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.7%, the control group was 58%,there was statistical significance difference between two groups ( P<0.05). Satisfaction,hospital stay,cost of hospitalization and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). Conclusion Good nursing care with LED combination a Fukang collagen dressing in the treatment of facial acne has good effect.
