目的：评价应用聚桂醇硬化剂联合长脉冲1064nm Nd：YAG激光治疗婴幼儿混合型血管瘤的临床疗效。方法：婴幼儿混合型血管瘤患者10例，应用聚桂醇注射液局部注射并联合应用长脉冲1064nm Nd：YAG激光，观察治疗前后皮损的变化。结果：经过6个月的随访，按照Achauer疗效评定法，在10例皮肤混合性血管瘤的婴幼儿患者中，治疗效果为IV级5例，III级2例，II级3例，I级0例，有效率为100%。结论：聚桂醇硬化剂联合长脉冲1064nm Nd：YAG激光对于混合型血管瘤患者具有较好的效果，并且不良反应少,可在临床推广使用。
목적：평개응용취계순경화제연합장맥충1064nm Nd：YAG격광치료영유인혼합형혈관류적림상료효。방법：영유인혼합형혈관류환자10례，응용취계순주사액국부주사병연합응용장맥충1064nm Nd：YAG격광，관찰치료전후피손적변화。결과：경과6개월적수방，안조Achauer료효평정법，재10례피부혼합성혈관류적영유인환자중，치료효과위IV급5례，III급2례，II급3례，I급0례，유효솔위100%。결론：취계순경화제연합장맥충1064nm Nd：YAG격광대우혼합형혈관류환자구유교호적효과，병차불량반응소,가재림상추엄사용。
Objective To evaluate the effects of combination lauromacrogol and Nd:YAG (1 064nm) laser in the treament of infantile mixed hemangioma. Methods Total 10 cases infantile mixed hemangiomas were treated with combination lauromacrogol injection and Nd:YAG(1 064nm) laser and we observed the variation of skin lesion before and after the treatment. Results Followed up 6 months, the results were evaluated using Achauer system. 5 patients were scale IV (excellent), 2 patients were scale芋(good), 3 patients were scaleII(moderate) and no patient was scale I(poor).The efficacy rate was 100%. Conclusion The combination lauromacrogol and Nd:YAG (1 064nm) laser is an effective,safe and low side- effect treatment for infancy mixed hemangiomas.
