为解决当前装备维修领域数据采集存在的问题,提出一种本体驱动的维修数据采集与质量保证方法。采用本体技术,在分析装备维修数据的基础上,构建2层维修本体-领域本体和应用本体,给出本体构建的方法及应用本体设计维修数据条目的实际案例,并以 VE 分配为例进行分析验证。结果表明:该方法能更好地满足维修领域的特点,为相关研究提供借鉴。

Aiming at the practical difficulties and prominent problems in maintenance data collection, this paper introduced ontology to maintenance domain. Based on the analysis of maintenance data, it originally modeled two-level maintenance ontology, domain ontology and application ontology. According to the result, a new method is proposed to solve the data entry setting and quality assurance. Finally the paper gave an example to verify the feasibility and validity of the method. Results show that this method can satisfy maintenance domain more accurately, and thus provides a good reference for relating researches.
