为了了解高校师德的现状、优势和问题，为师德建设工作提供改进方向，特以北京某“211”理工科高校为样本、以“师爱为魂，学高为师，身正为范，理念为先，学子评价”为主题进行了问卷调查和追踪访谈。数据分析显示，师德状况总体良好，但在教学能力、教育理念、素质修养、儒雅风度方面还存在一些问题，师生间缺乏交流且教师态度有待改善。
위료료해고교사덕적현상、우세화문제，위사덕건설공작제공개진방향，특이북경모“211”리공과고교위양본、이“사애위혼，학고위사，신정위범，이념위선，학자평개”위주제진행료문권조사화추종방담。수거분석현시，사덕상황총체량호，단재교학능력、교육이념、소질수양、유아풍도방면환존재일사문제，사생간결핍교류차교사태도유대개선。
Teachers’ethics affect young generation’s thinking,personality and choice.In order to understand the present situation of morality,advantages and disadvantages,provide direction for construction work,we took several undergraduates from a “211”college of science and engineering in Beijing as study objects.Through the data,we know that teachers’moral status is generally in good but there are still some problems in teaching ability,educational philosophy,cultivation of personal qualities and scholarly bearing.Teach-ers’attitudes and communication toward students still need to be improved.
