归因是社会心理学的一个重要概念,归因理论目前已被广泛运用于教育、管理、法制等众多领域。大学生的归因方式与其心理健康、主观幸福感、自我效能感等均密切相关。高校教育管理人员要学习和掌握归因理论,避免在对学生的行为进行归因时出现偏差。同时,还要引导学生形成积极、合理的自我归因,必要时可以开展归因训练,帮助改变学生不良的归因方式。

Attribution theory is an important research subject of social psychology and it is applied in many fields,such as education, management and law.A large number of researches done by Chinese educational researchers indicate that college students’attribution styles are correlated with their mental health level,subjective well -being and self -efficacy.Consequently,educational administrators in colleges and universities should learn and have a good command of attribution theory so as to avoid making mistakes in attributing students’behaviors.In addition,educational administrators should apply attribution theory into college student management to guide them conducting positive and rational self -attribution.When it is necessary,educational administrators need conduct attribution train-ing to help students change their defective attribution styles .
