概念合成理论作为一种意义建构理论，非常适用于双关语的解读。在该理论的观照视野下，长沙餐饮店名中的双关语可以分为并重双关和偏正双关两类；并重双关语的意义建构方式为框架网络与双向型网络，偏正双关语的意义建构方式为单一框架网络、框架网络与单向型网络。

As one of the most common mind works of human,Conceptual Blending Theory is widely used to interpret language phenome-non such as metaphor,metonymy,demonstrative pronoun,pragmatic presupposition etc.Based on Conceptual Blending Theory,this article classifies puns in Changsha’s restaurants’names and further analyzes the meaning construction process from a cognitive perspec-tive.The research shows that Conceptual Blending Theory makes a detailed description and interpretation of puns in Changsha’s res-taurants’names,verifying the great cognitive explanatory power of Conceptual Blending Theory.
