通过文学欣赏，文学审美为法律人正义信念的养成提供了最富感染力的伦理教化与人文熏陶，能够大大提升法律职业者的人格魅力。然而，文学爱“美”，法学求“真”，二者在讲究个性还是立足共性、结果正义还是过程正义等方面又龃龉不合。
통과문학흔상，문학심미위법률인정의신념적양성제공료최부감염력적윤리교화여인문훈도，능구대대제승법률직업자적인격매력。연이，문학애“미”，법학구“진”，이자재강구개성환시립족공성、결과정의환시과정정의등방면우저어불합。
According to the literature appreciation,the cultivation of legal belief in the literary aesthetic justice can not only provide the most rich ethical education and humanities edification infectious,but also greatly enhance the legal occupation personality charm.How-ever,there are some differences between them.For example,the pursuit of literature is "beauty",while for law it is "real".Moreo-ver,they are very different in emphasizing personality or common characteristics,the result justice or procedural justice,etc.
