为研究以可变功能为目标的机械系统再设计，行为过程作为产品设计理论研究的一个重要方面，为设计者提供了较大的创新空间。基于系统相似性，通过对典型可变功能机械各行为过程进行行为链的序结构相似性分析，总结了可变功能机械各对应行为链序结构具有功能有序、结构有序及运动时间有序的特点及规律，归纳出基于行为链序结构相似性的应用性规则，提出运用行为链序结构的相似性及其变化特点为系统进行可变功能再设计及优化提供新的理论与方法。最后，用实例验证了结论的正确性及可行性。

Design of mechanical system with adaptable‐function as the goal ,behavioral process ,as an important aspect of design theory ,provides a larger innovation space for designers .Based on the theory of system similarity , the behavioral process ordering structure similarity of typical adaptable‐function mechanical products was investigated and the corresponding ordering structure of behavioral chains to be of the orderly function ,orderly structure and orderly time characteris‐tics and rules was summarized .Moreover ,some derivative rules for the application of the orde‐ring structure of behavior chains was also put up ,with which the structure similarity and its vari‐ation could be employed to the redesign of existing products with adaptable functions and system optimization by providing designers with new design approaches and methodologies .Finally ,a case study was also presented to illustrate the feasibility of the conclusion .
