广西梧州旺村电站门槽二期混凝土施工浇筑时对断面复杂,钢筋密集的关键部位采用自密实混凝土施工技术,通过增加粉体材料适当增加浆体体积和通过添加外加剂的方法来改善浆体的粘聚性和流动性来配置低强度自密实混凝土,提出自密实混凝土的配合比设计思路且通过试验证明满足施工和强度的要求。

Low strength self-compacting concrete is adopted to concrete pouring of complex cross section and reinforced key part by increasing powder material, volume of slurry and admixtures to improve the adhesiveness and liquidity of slurry, in Prosperity village Wuzhou Guangxi hydropower station.In this engineering some ideas about mix proportion design of self-compacting concrete has been put forward, and it is shown that the result of test meets the strength and requirements of construction.
