工程规范中对水泥土搅拌桩采用90 d龄期强度作为设计依据，为提早预测90 d龄期的强度，为工程争取有利时间，利用收集的试验资料，对多种淤泥水泥土随龄期强度的增长预测公式进行对比分析，结果说明了使用28 d龄期强度预测90 d龄期强度有较高的准确性。同时还分析了不同水泥掺入比对28 d到90 d龄期强度的影响，结果发现掺入比对该增长规律影响不大。最后利用文献中的试验数据，采用最小二乘法，建立了淤泥水泥土28 d龄期与90 d龄期强度之间的关系，可以由28 d的龄期强度预测90 d龄期强度，用于搅拌桩的早期检测。

The 90d compressive strength of Cement soil mixing piles is used as design parameter in composite foundation.In order to predict the 90d strength and buy time for project, mass of test data are collected to compare with different kind of strength predicting formulas.The result shows that using 28d compressive strength to predict 90d strength has high accuracy.The effect of cement ratio to the predictions is also analyzed, which finds that cement ration has little effect to strength increasing law.Finally, based on the collecting data, 28d and 90d compressive strength of soft cement soil is built by using least square method ( LSM), which can predict the 90d soft cement soil.
