提出节点热模型分析方法,从电液伺服系统生热、传热机理出发,建立节点热物理模型,推导出节点热数学模型。在此基础上,搭建系统节点热物理模型,列写各节点热数学模型并组装成系统,并在Matlab下仿真求解。设计一套温度试验系统,得到了覆盖全系统的温度场信息。将仿真结果与试验数据对比,验证了节点热模型分析方法。旨在把握伺服系统温升机理,建立一套具有一定可行性和精确度的伺服系统热分析方法,为温控方案设计和技术创新奠定基础。

In order to understand the mechanism of temperature rising in servo system, laying a solid foundation for better temperature control and technical innovation of servo systems, a nodal thermal model analytical method for a Thrust Vest Control hydraulic servo system was put forward. Based on the heat generation and transfer theory, the thermal physical model was established and the thermal mathematical model was derived. The system model was established in the form of one-order differential equations, and was calculated using Matlab. Experiments were conducted to obtain the temperature field of the whole system. The simulation results were compared with experimental data, validating the nodal thermal model analytical method.
