通过完善垫层材料配合比的设计、比较掺加适量矿粉和未掺加矿粉的卵碎石级配碎石混合料性能及加强路面垫层现场施工质量管控等方法,确定掺加适量矿粉的级配碎石混合料具有更好的路用性能,既可使高速公路路面具有更坚实、稳定的基础,又能更好地防止或缓解路面因路基反射裂缝和路基渗水导致的路面破坏,从而可提高公路的使用寿命。
通過完善墊層材料配閤比的設計、比較摻加適量礦粉和未摻加礦粉的卵碎石級配碎石混閤料性能及加彊路麵墊層現場施工質量管控等方法,確定摻加適量礦粉的級配碎石混閤料具有更好的路用性能,既可使高速公路路麵具有更堅實、穩定的基礎,又能更好地防止或緩解路麵因路基反射裂縫和路基滲水導緻的路麵破壞,從而可提高公路的使用壽命。

This paper confirms that graded aggregate mixture with proper mineral powder exhibits better road performance by employing the methods of perfecting design of mix proportion of bed course materials , comparing properties of graded pebble mixture with proper mineral powder and without mineral powder and strengthening management and control of on -site construction quality of bed course , which can not only enable more solid and stable foundations of expressway pavement , but also better prevent or alleviate damages to pavement due to reflective cracks and water seepage of roadbeds so as to improve service life of highway .
