针对稀薄燃烧大缸径天然气发动机提高燃气混合均匀性开展研究,利用三维CFD软件比较分析了不同结构的燃气喷嘴其下游混合气的均匀性。研究表明:喷嘴结构对天然气与空气的混合均匀性有明显影响;并优选出了适合研究机型的喷嘴结构。同时分析了喷嘴结构对燃气流通特性和气道流通性的影响。

Research was carried out to improve gas mixture homogeneity on large bore lean﹣born natural gas engine. The homogeneity of gas mixture downstream the gas nozzles with different structures were ana﹣lyzed by CFD simulation. Studies proved that:gas nozzle structure could make significant effects on gas mixture homogeneity. The proper gas nozzle structure for target engine was selected. The effects of the gas nozzle structures on the flow characteristics of the gas and the port are also analyzed.
