在一台船用柴油机上进行了两级增压性能仿真研究,分析了进排气旁通和高压级涡轮旁通对船用两级增压柴油机性能的影响。以原机单级增压柴油机计算数据为对比基准,计算研究了不同工况下船用两级增压柴油机的性能和排放特性,研究结果表明:与原机相比,两级增压柴油机燃油消耗率比原机平均降低了10.25( g·( kW·h)-1),涡前排温平均降低69.31℃, NO?加权排放降低了0.73( g·( kW·h)-1),柴油机经济性、热负荷以及NO?排放特性得到显著改善。

The simulation investigation was carried out on a marine diesel engine to study two stage turbo﹣charging performance, and the influence on the performance of two stage turbocharging marine diesel engine due to intake and exhaust bypass as well as the high pressure stage turbine bypass was analyzed. Taking the data of original single stage turbocharge diesel engine as comparison benchmark, both the performance and emission characteristics of two stage turbocharging marine diesel engine under different operating conditions were calculated . The results show that compared with the original engine, the fuel consumption rate of two stage turbocharging diesel engine reduces 10. 25 ( g·( kW·h )-1 ) , the average temperature before turbine reduces 69. 31 ℃, the NO?weighted emission reduces 0. 73 ( g·( kW·h)-1 ) . All the performance parame﹣ters such as diesel economy, heat load and NO?emission are significantly improved.
