采用化学法制备掺杂微量添加剂的AgSnO2(16)触头材料,使用模拟试验装置在30 A交流阻性负载下进行模拟电寿命试验、温升试验、耐电弧侵蚀试验和熔焊力试验,考察了高氧化物含量对AgSnO2触头材料电性能的影响。结果表明:AgSnO2(16)触头材料不但具有良好的加工性能,而且还具有较好的抗熔焊性能和耐电弧侵蚀性能。
採用化學法製備摻雜微量添加劑的AgSnO2(16)觸頭材料,使用模擬試驗裝置在30 A交流阻性負載下進行模擬電壽命試驗、溫升試驗、耐電弧侵蝕試驗和鎔銲力試驗,攷察瞭高氧化物含量對AgSnO2觸頭材料電性能的影響。結果錶明:AgSnO2(16)觸頭材料不但具有良好的加工性能,而且還具有較好的抗鎔銲性能和耐電弧侵蝕性能。

AgSnO2(16) contact material with additive was prepared by chemical processing. A comparative study of temperature rising test, simulation electrical life test, arc erosion resistance test and welding force test of AgSnO2(16) contact and AgSnO2(12) contact under 30 A ac impedance load is reported. The effects of content oxide in AgSnO2 electrical contact materials are investigated. The results show that the AgSnO2(16) contact materials not only has good processing performance, but also has good fusion welding resistance and arc erosion resistance.
