国内一些公路钢桥使用7~8年后,正交异性钢桥面板出现不同程度的疲劳问题。针对这些正交异性钢桥面板疲劳现象,国内外已进行了不少研究。但目前这些研究主要以疲劳试验为主,缺乏理论分析,还没有确定疲劳应力强度因子和顶板厚度与疲劳构造细节的关系等。将断裂力学理论和精细化数据模拟分析相结合,确定正交异性钢桥面板顶板与U肋焊接处的应力强度因子,明确不同顶板厚度、不同位置处的疲劳寿命和桥面板厚度与疲劳构造细节之间的关系等。
國內一些公路鋼橋使用7~8年後,正交異性鋼橋麵闆齣現不同程度的疲勞問題。針對這些正交異性鋼橋麵闆疲勞現象,國內外已進行瞭不少研究。但目前這些研究主要以疲勞試驗為主,缺乏理論分析,還沒有確定疲勞應力彊度因子和頂闆厚度與疲勞構造細節的關繫等。將斷裂力學理論和精細化數據模擬分析相結閤,確定正交異性鋼橋麵闆頂闆與U肋銲接處的應力彊度因子,明確不同頂闆厚度、不同位置處的疲勞壽命和橋麵闆厚度與疲勞構造細節之間的關繫等。

After some domestic steel bridges are put into service for 7~8 years, fatigue at different degrees occurs to orthotropic steel deck plates .Many researches have been conducted in allusion to these fatigue phenomena of orthotropic steel deck plates at home and abroad .However , as of now these researches focus on fatigue tests in shortage of theoretical analyses , and the relations between fatigue stress intensity factor , thickness of top plates and fatigue structure details have not been determined yet , etc.This paper combines fracture mechanics theory and fine data simulation analysis to determine the relations between top plates of orthotropic steel deck plates and stress intensity factor at welding location of U -ribs, and to make clear the relations between different thicknesses of top plates , fatigue lifetimes at different locations , thickness of deck plates and fatigue structure details , etc.
