对沥青路面就地热再生技术及半刚性基层地聚合物注浆加固技术的概念及其各自优势进行简要阐述,在此基础上提出2种养护方式相结合的养护维修技术,并对该技术在机荷高速公路养护维修工程中的应用进行分析。分析表明:地聚合物基层注浆加固技术与沥青路面就地热再生技术的结合应用,不仅能实现在非开挖条件下对半刚性基层的加固补强,而且能起到全面恢复沥青路面性能的效果,同时具有降低造价、节约资源、缩短工期、减少交通影响等优势,发展前景广阔。
對瀝青路麵就地熱再生技術及半剛性基層地聚閤物註漿加固技術的概唸及其各自優勢進行簡要闡述,在此基礎上提齣2種養護方式相結閤的養護維脩技術,併對該技術在機荷高速公路養護維脩工程中的應用進行分析。分析錶明:地聚閤物基層註漿加固技術與瀝青路麵就地熱再生技術的結閤應用,不僅能實現在非開挖條件下對半剛性基層的加固補彊,而且能起到全麵恢複瀝青路麵性能的效果,同時具有降低造價、節約資源、縮短工期、減少交通影響等優勢,髮展前景廣闊。

This paper briefly states concepts and respective advantages of asphalt surface geothermal renewable technology and semi -rigid polymer base grouting reinforcement technique , and on this basis proposes a maintenance and repair technique that combines two maintenance ways and analyzes the application of this technique in maintenance and repair project of Shenzhen Bao ’ an International Airport-He’ ao Expressway . The analysis shows that combined application of the polymer base grouting reinforcement technique and asphalt surface geothermal renewable technology can not only realize reinforcement for semi -rigid base under the condition of non -excavation, but also play a role of comprehensively recovering the performance of asphalt pavement , and meanwhile exhibits advantages of saving cost , saving resources and reducing traffic influences , etc.with broad prospects for development .
