Massive construction of expressways facilitates economic and cultural exchanges , but meanwhile brings adverse effects on ecological environment and ecological damage of certain degrees .This paper carries out experimental research on recovery of vegetation for slopes of 214 National Highway in Yushu County , Qinghai Province , analyzes influences of water -retaining agent , compound fertilizer , special fertilizer and mixing ratio of different kinds of plants on recovery effects of plants , discusses technical methods suitable for recovery of local vegetation and proposes problems in present recovery of vegetation and feasible solutions .
