目的了解胃肠间质瘤治疗的疾病进展特点及相应治疗结果。方法回顾性分析于2004年9月至2013年12月之间纳入胃肠间质瘤援助项目数据库的病人共385例，重点收集肿瘤基本情况、初始治疗、疾病进展、再次治疗策略、基因突变、疗效评估等信息，进行统计比较分析疾病进展的影响因素及治疗效果差异。结果胃肠间质瘤有较高的疾病进展率，疾病进展率受危险度、肿瘤部位、是否破裂、基因突变类型影响较大(P 均<0.05)。不同治疗策略临床获益率不同。结论个体化、精细化的治疗策略对于胃肠间质瘤疾病进展后的治疗十分重要，应积极推荐所有胃肠间质瘤病人进行基因突变检测。

Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment outcomes of progressing gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Methods The clinical data were collected and analyzed retrospectively for a total of 385 patients of progressing gastrointestinal stromal tumor from September 2004 to De-cember 2013.Basic tumor profiles,initial treatment,disease progression,treatment options,gene mu-tation and curative efficacies,etc.were analyzed statistically.Results Gastrointestinal stromal tumor has a relative high rate of disease progression.And the rate of disease progression is affected by risk degree,tumor location,bursting or not and type of gene mutation.And clinical benefit rates varied for different treatment strategies.Conclusions Individualized treatment strategies are essential for manag-ing gastrointestinal stromal tumor progression.And gene mutation should be detected for optimal out-comes.
