Colorectal cavernous hemangioma%Diagnosis%Treatment
目的总结结直肠海绵状血管瘤的临床特征和治疗经验,探讨该疾病的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析中山大学附属第六医院2008~2014年诊断为结直肠海绵状血管瘤11例病人的临床资料。应用 CT、MRI、选择性血管造影和肠镜对病人进行诊断,1例诊断为局限性海绵状血管瘤,10例诊断为弥漫性海绵状血管瘤。1例行内镜下剥除术,7例行病变肠管切除术,3例自动出院。结果肠镜和 MRI 的阳性检出率为100%,8例手术病人均临床治愈,随访5个月至6年,术后病人无血便症状。结论肠镜、CT、MRI 是诊断结直肠海绵状血管瘤的重要方法,手术切除病变肠管是治疗结直肠海绵状血管瘤的有效治疗手段。

목적총결결직장해면상혈관류적림상특정화치료경험,탐토해질병적진단화치료방법。방법회고성분석중산대학부속제륙의원2008~2014년진단위결직장해면상혈관류11례병인적림상자료。응용 CT、MRI、선택성혈관조영화장경대병인진행진단,1례진단위국한성해면상혈관류,10례진단위미만성해면상혈관류。1례행내경하박제술,7례행병변장관절제술,3례자동출원。결과장경화 MRI 적양성검출솔위100%,8례수술병인균림상치유,수방5개월지6년,술후병인무혈편증상。결론장경、CT、MRI 시진단결직장해면상혈관류적중요방법,수술절제병변장관시치료결직장해면상혈관류적유효치료수단。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment experiences of color-ectal cavernous hemangioma and explore its diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed for 1 1 cases of colorectal cavernous hemangioma from 2008 to 2014 at our hos-pital.And the definite diagnosis was made on the basis of computed tomography (CT),magnetic reso-nance imaging (MRI),selective angiography and colonoscopy.And the diagnoses were localized cav-ernous hemangioma (n=1 )and diffuse cavernous hemangioma (n = 10).The procedures were endo-scopic removal (n=1),lesion bowel resection (n=7)and automatic discharge (n =3).Results The positive detection rate of colonoscopy and MRI was 100%.Eight surgical cases were clinically cured without postoperative bloody stools during a follow-up period of 5-72 months.Conclusions Colorectal cavernous hemangioma is a benign gastrointestinal tumor.And colonoscopy,CT and MRI are impor-tant diagnostic tools.Conservative treatment may be ineffective while surgical resection is curative.
