以2,2-二羟甲基丁酸钠、1,3-丙烷磺内酯为原料,采用磺烷基化反应合成了新型的磺酸盐亲水单体2,2-二羟甲基丁酸-3'-磺酸钠-丙酯(DMBPS-Na)。采用FT-IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、EIS-MS和元素分析等对DMBPS-Na进行了表征。DMBPS-Na的熔点为85~90℃,易溶于水、乙醇、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,微溶于丙酮、乙酸乙酯。以DMBPS-Na为亲水单体,聚四氢呋喃二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和乙二胺为原料,采用丙酮法合成了固含量达50%以上的磺酸型聚氨酯分散体(PUD)。性能测试结果显示,DMBPS-Na用量为8 mmol?(100 g)?1树脂时,PUD的平均粒径为122.3 nm,黏度为475 mPa·s,ζ电位为?66.39 mV,具有良好的稳定性;透射电镜(TEM)显示PUD胶粒呈二元分布的球状结构;PUD胶膜的拉伸强度为10.66 MPa,断裂伸长率为1160%;PUD胶膜的起始分解温度约为270℃,至490℃时基本分解完全。
以2,2-二羥甲基丁痠鈉、1,3-丙烷磺內酯為原料,採用磺烷基化反應閤成瞭新型的磺痠鹽親水單體2,2-二羥甲基丁痠-3'-磺痠鈉-丙酯(DMBPS-Na)。採用FT-IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、EIS-MS和元素分析等對DMBPS-Na進行瞭錶徵。DMBPS-Na的鎔點為85~90℃,易溶于水、乙醇、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,微溶于丙酮、乙痠乙酯。以DMBPS-Na為親水單體,聚四氫呋喃二醇、異彿爾酮二異氰痠酯和乙二胺為原料,採用丙酮法閤成瞭固含量達50%以上的磺痠型聚氨酯分散體(PUD)。性能測試結果顯示,DMBPS-Na用量為8 mmol?(100 g)?1樹脂時,PUD的平均粒徑為122.3 nm,黏度為475 mPa·s,ζ電位為?66.39 mV,具有良好的穩定性;透射電鏡(TEM)顯示PUD膠粒呈二元分佈的毬狀結構;PUD膠膜的拉伸彊度為10.66 MPa,斷裂伸長率為1160%;PUD膠膜的起始分解溫度約為270℃,至490℃時基本分解完全。

A new hydrophilic sulfonate monomer, 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) butyric propyl-3'-sodium sulfonate (DMBPS-Na), was synthesized by sulfo-alkylation reaction between 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) butyric acid sodium salt and 1,3-propane sultone. The structure of DMBPS-Na was further confirmed by FT-IR,1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, EIS-MS and elemental analysis. The melting point of the prepared DMBPS-Na is 85~90℃. It is soluble in water, ethanol, and dimethylacetamide (DMAC). It is slightly soluble in acetone or ethyl acetate. By using DMBPS-Na as hydrophilic monomer and PTMG-2000, IPDI and EDA as raw materials, the sulfonic type polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) with solid content above 50% were successfully synthesized through acetone process. The results from a performance test show that the average particle size of PUDs is 122.3 nm, the Zeta potential is?66.39 mV, the viscosity is 475 mPa?s and the PUDs is stable when the content of DMBPS-Na is 8 mmol?(100 g)?1 . The PUD colloidal particles have a spherical shape with bivariate distribution. The tensile stress of PUD films exceeds 10 MPa and the tensile strain at breaking point is about 1160%. The initial decomposition temperature of PUD films is about 270℃ and the fire decomposition is completed at 490℃.
