利用溶剂浸取分离法，研究了不同浸取溶剂种类、液固比、反应温度、反应时间、转速等因素对报废发烟剂中六氯乙烷回收率的影响，并对其固液浸取动力学进行了对比研究。发现以丙酮作为浸取溶剂，液固比在20：1~40：1，转速为450 r?min?1，在298 K条件下浸取发烟剂40 min，六氯乙烷的总浸取率(浸取到液相中的物料量与固体中初始物料总量的比率)可达90％以上，该浸取过程属于属固相产物层内扩散步骤控制类型浸取法能够很好地分离六氯乙烷，是一种分离处理报废发烟剂中的各组分的有效方法。

The process of leaching hexachloroethane from obsolete smoke agents was studied. The effects of leaching solvent, liquid to solid ratio, leaching temperature, leaching time and stirring rate were investigated and optimized. The results show that the leaching rate can approach to 90% when using acetone as the solvent and leaching time of 40 min under 298 K, with liquid to solid ratio of 20: 1~40: 1 and stirring rate of 450 r?min?1. The hexachloroethane leaching process from obsolete smoke agents was controlled by inner diffusion in the solid phase. This leaching method can efficiently separate hexachloroethane from obsolete smoke agents.
