分析了石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫过程,提出了合理假设,建立了喷淋塔内液滴的运动微分方程、液相离子的平衡关系以及气液传质过程的数学模型,考察了不同操作参数对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,脱硫率随吸收液pH值及喷淋密度的增大而增大,随液滴直径、烟气流速、入口SO 2浓度及温度的增大而减小,其中液滴直径、吸收液pH值及喷淋密度对脱硫率的影响较显著,温度对脱硫率影响不大;脱硫率的模型计算值与实际值吻合较好,该模型可为石灰石-石膏湿法喷淋脱硫系统优化提供参考。
分析瞭石灰石-石膏濕法脫硫過程,提齣瞭閤理假設,建立瞭噴淋塔內液滴的運動微分方程、液相離子的平衡關繫以及氣液傳質過程的數學模型,攷察瞭不同操作參數對脫硫率的影響。結果錶明,脫硫率隨吸收液pH值及噴淋密度的增大而增大,隨液滴直徑、煙氣流速、入口SO 2濃度及溫度的增大而減小,其中液滴直徑、吸收液pH值及噴淋密度對脫硫率的影響較顯著,溫度對脫硫率影響不大;脫硫率的模型計算值與實際值吻閤較好,該模型可為石灰石-石膏濕法噴淋脫硫繫統優化提供參攷。

Reasonable assumptions were proposed based on desulfurization process analysis. The differential equations of droplet motion, the equilibrium of ions in liquid phase and the mathematical model of mass transfer were presented for investigating influences of operating parameters on desulfurization efficiency. The results show that desulfurization efficiency increases with increasing pH value of absorbent and spray density, and decreases with increasing droplet diameter, superficial gas velocity, inlet SO2 concentration and gas temperature, respectively. Furthermore, influences of droplet diameter, pH value of absorbent and spray density on desulphurization efficiency are obvious, while gas temperature has little effect on it. Model predictions of desulfurization efficiency are in agreement with plant data, and this model may provide guidance on optimization of wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization system.
