Using humic acid to optimize the relationship of soil and fertilizer is a way of ecological conservation in ag-riculture. It need not only scientiifc attitude, but also the philosophical wisdom. Humic acid should be“environmentally friendly product ” and its production should be deifnitely sustainable development. “Three theories”(“plant leaf environ-ment control theory”, “crop rhizosphere environment regulating theory” and “the soil ecological environment control theory”) of humic acid fertilizer emerged with the development of “trinity” system which made with of soil ecology, crop rhizosphere and plants leaf. Therefore, “three innovation theories” of humic acid fertilizer will not only guide the fertilizer manufacturing industry’s innovation and development, but also optimize the new relationship between soil and fertilizer.
