采用溶液接枝法合成了离子液体接枝型纳米二氧化硅(IL-SiO 2),并利用浸没沉淀相转化法制备了聚偏氟乙烯/离子液体接枝型纳米二氧化硅(PVDF/IL-SiO 2)杂化膜,考察了IL-SiO 2含量对杂化膜性能的影响。采用流动电位、接触角和水通量等手段分析研究了杂化膜的性能。研究结果表明,PVDF/IL-SiO 2杂化膜表面带有正电荷;IL-SiO 2的加入显著提高了杂化膜的亲水性、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;杂化膜纯水通量显著增加的同时,对蛋白质的吸附量和截留率均有一定程度上的提高。
採用溶液接枝法閤成瞭離子液體接枝型納米二氧化硅(IL-SiO 2),併利用浸沒沉澱相轉化法製備瞭聚偏氟乙烯/離子液體接枝型納米二氧化硅(PVDF/IL-SiO 2)雜化膜,攷察瞭IL-SiO 2含量對雜化膜性能的影響。採用流動電位、接觸角和水通量等手段分析研究瞭雜化膜的性能。研究結果錶明,PVDF/IL-SiO 2雜化膜錶麵帶有正電荷;IL-SiO 2的加入顯著提高瞭雜化膜的親水性、拉伸彊度和斷裂伸長率;雜化膜純水通量顯著增加的同時,對蛋白質的吸附量和截留率均有一定程度上的提高。

An ionic liquid grafted nano-SiO2 (IL-SiO2) was synthesized by solution grafting and then the hybrid membranes (PVDF/IL-SiO2) with different contents of IL-SiO2 were preparedvia an immersion precipitation phase inversion process. The influence of IL-SiO2 content on hybrid membrane performance was studied and these hybrid membranes were further characterized by streaming potential testing, contact angle and water permeation. The results indicate that these hybrid membranes are positively charged and the addition of IL-SiO2 significantly improves the hydrophilicity, tension strength and elongation break of the membrane. The pure water flux (PWF) of the hybrid membrane increases with the increase of IL-SiO2 dosage and the BSA (Bovin Serum Albumin) static adsorption rejection also increases.
