This article introduces the methodology of operation management for wind farm, which is mainly based on remote control platform. By analyzing the position and function of remote center, in which it contributes virtual benefits to the whole chain of wind farm O&M, the paper trying to figure out to whatextend the remote center can pegging into China’s wind sector.
