针对激光图像技术无损实时检测土密实度的要求,提出了一种土的激光图像处理方法。先采用灰度形态学方法来对图像进行滤波处理,通过Canny算子提取了图像的边缘线,然后运用圆心的最小二乘拟合出圆及圆心,并用离散圆盘算法提取了图像的灰度均值,最后通过Matlab Gui界面功能实现了用户界面处理。结果表明:通过这些算法的图像处理,提取了图像的灰度均值,且只需4 ms内可以完成,在处理时间上可以很好地满足激光图像实时检测土密实度的要求。

Aiming at requirements of laser imaging technology for non-destructive detection of soil compactness,the process method of laser image on soil was proposed. First the image was filtered by the use of gray-scale morphological method,and the image edge line was extracted by Canny operator. Then the circle was fitted by the least squares fitting,and the image gray mean was extracted by the discrete disk algorithm.Finally the user interface process was achieved by the Matlab Gui interface functions. The results showed that it was possible to get a clear laser image characteristics and the mean gray of image by using this method,which could be done only within 4 ms,the processing time could satisfy the requirements of real-time detection of laser images of soil compactness.
