为研究低温环境及营养水平对育肥猪生长性能影响。试验选择日龄相近(120±7 d),体重62.0±1.5 kg杜长大三元杂交育肥猪45头,采用L9(34)的正交试验设计方法,将试验猪完全随机分为9组,每组5头,分别接受0~7℃、8~15℃、16~25℃三个不同温度和低营养水平组、标准营养水平组、高营养水平组三个不同营养水平交叉处理。结果显示:温度因素内,日增重均值最高和最低值分别为0.563和0.844,其间极差值为0.281;日平均采食量的最高和最低均值分别为3.27和3.49,极差值为0.22;料重比的最高和最低均值分别为5.942和3.700,极差值为2.242。营养因素对日增重的最高和最低均值分别为0.796和0.626,极差值为0.160;对日平均采食量的最高和最低均值分别为3.397和3.277,极差值为0.120,对料重比的最高和最低均值分别为4.845和4.385,极差值为0.460;温度因素的极差值高于营养因素的极差值,显示温度因素比营养因素更重要,两因素的最佳组合为适宜温度与高营养水平。

In order to study the effect of low ambient temperature and nutrient levels on the growth performance of fattening pigs,45 Duroc×Landrance×Yorkshire pigs with similar age (120±7 d)and weight (62.0±1.5 kg)were selected.Using L9(34)orthogonal experimental design,pigs were randomly divided into 9 groups (5 duplicates in each group),which were supplied by two crossed factors-ambient temperature (0-7 ℃,8-15 ℃ and 16-25 ℃)and the dietary nutrient (low nutrition,standard nutrition,and high nutrition). The results showed that within the temperature factor,the highest and lowest of average daily weight was 0.563 and 0.844 respectively,which range was 0.281;the highest and lowest of average daily feed intake was 3.27 and 3.49 respectively,which range was 0.22;the highest and lowest of feed conversion ratio was 5.942 and 3.700 respectively,which range was 2.242. Within the nutrient factor,the highest and lowest of average daily weight was 0.796 and 0.626 respectively,which range was 0.160;the highest and lowest of average daily feed intake was 3.397 and 3.277 respectively,which range was 0.120;the highest and lowest of feed conversion ratio was 4.845 and 4.385 respectively,which range was 0.460. The range value of temperature factor was higher than nutrient,which showed the temperature factor was more important than nutritional factor and the best combination was the ambient temperature and the high nutrition level.
